Beware of DraftKings bait and switch? or just outright incompetency

They promote a 20 percent deposit bonus (its more like a "rebate" really as you have to bet $25 to release $1 in bonus DK bucks , but I am ok with it since Im betting anyway)

So I opened an account there a few days ago and put in $250, expecting $50 in DK bucks overtime.


Then I ask them how can I keep track of my progress because I see no indication of bonus on my account and they tell me it was a mistake and they offer no such deal for DFS, only the casino....wanted me to send a screen shot of the promo.....
IT is not only promoted ALL over the web but a rep sent me an email to confirm the promo, not to mention that it is literally on their own website


They have so much going on and these cut rate Customer disService reps cant even keep track of the promotions



These back and forth emails are painful as they keep switching people and you never get the same answers twice. Its like talking to a robot that is preprogrammed to Bullshit and confuse you so that you give up.....

Any book, I don't even mess with bonuses. I don't even know how the draft kings " crowns" work. I just look at it as extra $$ when I get it.

Exactly; to me all that matters is you pay. This coming from a guy who started out at a D+ book before I ever found any forums or anything.

After multiple email back and forths they finally got this straightened out.

These companies , not just sports books, who put you through hoops to collect what was promised just want you to give up from frustration.

Also as an update , I requested payouts from Fantasy Underdog and Prize Picks on Monday and got them both in a matter of a few hours, even though they "promote" 48 to 72 hours.

I have gotten payouts in as few as less then 1second several times .

Takes bookmaker more time to grade a play then it does for DK to do a payout request

Just to update.....

After a rocky start , me and DK have been sailing along mostly smoothly ever since


They have sent me physical checks and pp deposts promptly

You have to stay on customer service though, not very bright people that mostly dont understand gambling so it can be annoying at times to send emails where their replies are either just wrong or they dont understand what is going on properly. They always so far have corrected the issues when they shortchange me on certain bonus payments due.....just prefer they didnt happen in the first place as its takes extra work just to insure you are getting proper payments.....
